Monthly Play Box

Developed with ideas from early learning professionals, our Play Box activities are designed to help young learners with everything from math and science to art and movement.  Each month families enrolled in Preschool Promise will receive a box of treasures to inspire play for your child.  The boxes are scheduled to arrive to families on the third Friday of each month.  The activities in the box are also playful learning objectives to help children practice Kindergarten readiness skills at home.

Our February 2021 Play Box contained lots of materials for children to do fun, learning activities with items to create a school bus, a pigeon puppet and more.  Our Partner In Play was Miami Valley Child Development Center.  This month’s videos featured the fun things that children can do with the items in the box, and contained other entertaining and educational programming.   Check out the videos below:

Each month we send out a Play Box filled with materials for learning activities. Click here to download the Activity Card that was in this month's box.  Families enrolled in Preschool Promise received their December Play Boxes on December 18th. This box is all about rolling out the fun! Check out this latest video that shows some of the many things to do with all the items in the box. Also enjoy our special guests singing, and teaching children about nature.

This month we have three videos!  Our Preschool Promise video shows some of the fun things that children can do with the items in the Preschool Promise Play On Purpose Play Box for October 2020. With plenty of learning activities, kids will be able to create all month long! This video also entertains children with other quality programing.
