Thank for your interest in the Healing After The Storm Workshop on Monday, September 16, 2019.
This presentation will address how to heal after a trauma. In particular, using a trauma-informed approach, it will focus on how to take care of yourself so you can then take care of others. The format for this presentation will include providing information as well as hands-on activities.
