Event Registration

This PLC will focus on using the structures of Conscious Discipline© to support the social/emotional well-being of children and adults in the classroom. We will discuss interventions for challenging behavior, as well as the application of Conscious Discipline©.  You will receive and work from Conscious Discipline©—Building Resilient Classrooms, a publication by Dr. Becky Bailey.

 

Who should attend: Classroom Teachers & Administrators (100 Maximum Participants)

Dates, Time & Location: 2019: 9/5, 10/3, 11/7, 12/5   2020: 1/9, 2/6, 3/5, 4/2, 5/14; 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (dinner provided); Montgomery County Business Solutions Center, 1435 Cincinnati St #300, Dayton, OH 45417
Ohio Approved: 18 Hours
Stipend: $800.00 = $50 per session attended with a $350 attendance bonus
1st attendance stipend will be paid by 1/31/2020 for classes attended Sept.-Dec. (max amount is $200.00)
2nd attendance stipend will be paid by 5/31/2020 for classes attended Jan.-May. (max amount is 250.00)
An attendance bonus of $350.00 will be awarded to participants attending 8 or more classes (no exceptions)
The attendance bonus will be included in the 5/31/2020 stipend check
Cost: Preschool Promise Sites—Preschool Classroom Teachers - Free
Preschool Promise Sites—Administrators - Free
Preschool Promise Sites—Other Teachers (Pay for this with Quality Dollars) - $950.00
Non-Preschool Promise Sites - $1,200.00
