X-Treme Training Training Series
This X-Treme training series will explore the words we use to communicate our intentions, emotions, and expectations. Accompanied with our non-verbal communication, words become a powerful force that bring changes in our classrooms, homes and the world. Choosing powerful words can make the difference between disagreements and disconnected relationships or agreement that will create safety and compliance in our classrooms. Participants of this training will understand the value of word choices and practice proven phrases to help set clear, concise expectations in a way that encourages compliance and improves connections. Using Becky Bailey’s book, “Conscious Discipline© : building resilient classrooms”, words and phrases will take on new life that will help change others to become successful user of powerful words.

Ohio Approved: 6 Hours
Stipend: $150.00 = $50 per session attended. Attendance stipend will be paid at the conclusion of the series for attended classes (max amount is $150.00)
Participation Guidelines:
- X-Treme Training Series’ are led by qualified facilitators.
- Participants will receive an attendance stipend.
- Participants may only participate in one X-Treme Training Series. Registration does not guarantee placement.
- Please remember that Preschool Promise will send a 1099-MISC form to the Internal Revenue Service, and it is the individual's responsibility to claim the stipend as income for tax purposes.
