To participate in Preschool Promise:

You must reside in Montgomery County.

Your child must be age eligible.

Eligible children include children who turn 4 by September 30, 2026, or by the Kindergarten cut-off date of your home school district. If you live in the City of Dayton or the Dayton Public School District, your child must turn 3 by September 30, 2026.

Your child must be enrolled in a participating Preschool Promise program.

If you are applying for Tuition Assistance, view the required documents you’ll need to submit. Your application is not complete until you supply all documents.

When you're ready to begin the application, scan or take photo of the documents and attach. Having trouble? email the information to applications@preschoolpromise.org, or text documents to (937) 329-2700.
