At the Readiness Summit this past March, Debbie Feldman, President and CEO of Dayton Children’s Hospital and Chair of the Preschool Promise Board, shared an exciting announcement: the launch of a new community initiative. Be Ready By 5 connects families to resources in Montgomery County, Ohio, that help prepare children age 0-5 for success in Kindergarten and beyond. We are proud to be a founding member of a groundbreaking collaborative dedicated to supporting parents and children from birth to age five.
Through this initiative, families will gain access to critical resources, including an eligibility screener designed to help identify services and benefits they qualify for. Look for the Be Ready by 5 logo to guide families in providing the best start for their children during these formative years.
