Course Catalog Complete!

This past spring, our education team looked closely at teacher feedback and data to plan the upcoming year's teacher training. Did you know? The Step Up to Quality rating requires all administrators, teachers and assistant teachers to complete 20 hours of approved professional development every two years. 

Preschool Promise helps teachers earn these hours, grow their knowledge, and even earn extra money for participating and using what they learn. These trainings make a big difference: our data show that when a lead teacher participates in learning communities and receives the accompanying in-class coaching, students are more ready for kindergarten.
