February’s Play Kit

Our winter play kit, in collaboration with Dayton Children's Hospital, celebrates health and wellness! As preschoolers get ready for Kindergarten, a well-child visit is a great way to check in with their doctor to track growth, discuss milestones, and more! The Play Kit features tools you might see at a regular check-up, as well as learning about the body.  The contents, including a stethoscope, gauze and growth chart will allow kiddos to practice their own medical skills and build knowledge through play.  

The February Book-of-the-Month, Hooray, I See the Doctor Today! was written by physicians Betty Nguyen and Brandon Pham as part of their Medical School for Kids book series. The authors are providing us with copies of their entire series for perusal at the upcoming Readiness Summit.
