• Engaged families and partners understand barriers and opportunities.

• Built a unified brand and launched BeReadyBy5.org and a family-friendly eligibility screener to simplify access to early learning programs.

• Partnered with 18+ organizations to align outreach and messaging around a shared goal—every child ready for kindergarten.

Phase 3–6 Goals:

• Integrate Be Ready by 5 branding and resources into the daily work of partner organizations across the county.

• Empower frontline workers—case managers, family support specialists, and social workers—to use and refine the tools families rely on.

• Launch of the first phase “Common Application” for early childhood programs, streamlining how families apply for multiple services.

• Explore statewide expansion—collaborating with communities across Ohio to share this powerful model.
