Five Rivers Health Centers began on May 23, 2011, as a medical home for the low-income patients of Dayton, Ohio, by providing both primary and specialty care services to patients through the academic rotations for the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine (WSUBSOM) residency and fellowship programs. In 2022, their Edgemont Campus opened with a Dental Center, Center for Women’s Health and Pediatrics all under one roof. Rive Rivers Marketing and Communications Manager Kim Bramlage introduced a resource table to their lobby, and our outreach team manages the table once weekly. In 2023, Preschool Promise was able to interact with over 150 families and is on target for more families this summer. We are so appreciative of this collaboration and look forward to assisting young families on their path to high-quality Preschool for their children.
