To participate in Preschool Promise:

You must reside in Montgomery County.
Your child must be age eligible.
- Eligible children include children who turn 4 by September 30, 2023, or by the Kindergarten cut-off date of your home school district or children who turn 3 by September 30, 2023 and are residents of DPS/City of Dayton.
You must enroll your child in a participating Preschool Promise program.

Have these required documents ready when you begin the application. Your application is not complete until you provide the following:

Proof of child's birth date.
- (birth certificate, passport, visa, or signed shot record with DOB)
Proof of residency.
- (lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill or cell phone bill)
Proof of income.
- (2022 tax return or three current and consecutive pay stubs for each working guardian in the home)
