Reaching for Readiness is a program of Preschool Promise that partners a certified Parent Educator with parents of children 0-5 to support their young child’s Kindergarten readiness. The Reaching for Readiness Program provides parents with knowledge and tools to promote positive parenting, enhance child health and development and build a strong foundation for their child’s future.
Who is eligible?
Services are for parents, foster/kinship parents, grandparents, and anyone else caring for children ages 0-5. Priority will be given to children ages 2-5.
*Applicants must be residents of Montgomery County to participate.
Services provided include:
- Assessments and screenings
- Home visits with Parents Educators
- Connections to community resources
