This 1-session X-TREME training will be offered virtually through Zoom. It is designed to support classroom teachers to understand their role in the Step Up To Quality process. While working through the Step Up to Quality domains, teachers will understand the language and create systems to help maintain quality ratings. Administrators will receive a binder of SUTQ resources and prompts to help their teachers better understand each domain of SUTQ and define their responsibilities in the process. In this training, we will explore several tools, their uses, and how teachers and administrators can collaborate together to ensure completion. Together, we will create a guide to assure that all requirements fulfilled by teachers in the SUTQ process are completed, maintained, and clearly defined.
